At Royal Wealth Books, we are committed to providing a premium experience and delivering the highest quality financial literacy resources. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return items purchased from our platform.
1. Return Window
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
•Original Condition: The book must be completely unused, unread, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
•No Damage: The item must not show any signs of wear, creasing, highlighting, or markings.
•Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
•Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase must be provided to process the return.
Note: Gift cards and downloadable software products (if applicable) are non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1.Contact our support team at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2.Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
3.Securely package the book to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) will not be included in your refund.
Exception: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective book), Royal Wealth Books will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the book.
If your return is approved:
•A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
•Please allow a certain amount of days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:
1.Check your bank account again.
2.Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3.Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged book for the same item, please contact us immediately at info@royalwealthbooks.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
